Interview with Yahoo, Berkshire Hathaway chairman and CEO Warren Buffett said the best advice he ever received was from Berkshire Hathaway board-of-directors member Thomas Murphy. He told Buffett: "Never forget Warren, you can tell a guy to that you are fool and that is freedom of expression you can use anytime but you don't give up the right. So just keep your mouth shut today, and see if you feel the same way tomorrow."

Sometimes we comment on any person or even carry anger in expression just because it came in mind beause of Uncertain emotion and we carry feel as if relation will only be impacted with that particular guy and rest all thing will be as it is.The question is, how it take place in our personality development and relation building, whether it is positive or negative. We even can't imagine which type of problem will arise while managing team at work place and in businesses. Am i talking to a particular person due to certain approach is developed for the person? And; if is true then do we have idea, why did we accept such approach? Do we have any idea what would be the consequences? Often we don’t. We have various training and literature available in the market to understand all these complexities, moreover point is how we would reach there. So many such books had been read by us while completing graduation, and after reading it gave us sense that it could have been better to spend time on reading other book rather than completed one. But time already used to pass away. That’s the reason why it is always better to read after good observation and specific guidance rather than reading hastily for the heck of reading only, which will certainly help you build strong foundation. Some good website will help you along with books.

When we response people, do we take all other side in to our consideration? Is our responses based on understanding in totality of the thing? Otherwise keep in mind that we are developing weak relationship which will be ruined in very near future. Many of the time you tend to become titanic due to hit the iceberg by having only 20% of its above portion in mind. "today i scold somebody harshly", " I have shown him his right place today" such type of sentences i often hear. These sentences create a question rather solving it. When i was in Serco, my collogue use to say me "sachin your style of discussion and building relation is like Go with the Flow", can't you call incorrect for wronged one then and there. I use to say "I may say incorrect if things are wrong but, what if a person made it correct tomorrow".

The point is your size of library should be bigger than your TV.
