Sometimes we find very difficult to take decision and come to the conclusion for what is to be our next action.

People go after so many things for right decision, like; some will take suggestion from nearer ones, some will follow intellectuals or some will follow routine way. However this may or may not be resulted in satisfaction.

Would like to give one very nice method to find out the way from dilemma. Few days back, I saw one short serial and I astound to get such simplest method to get the rid of confusion.

What you need to do is to have a coin and decide which side indicates which of your mind set. Go to silent place and toss a coin. Remember you need not to keep any side of the coin in your mind before toss as we do in regular toss. When you will toss; close your eyes and think, which side you are expecting. Once coin stable on your hand don’t even look at it…! Because you already got a resolution….!

When coin was in the air, the side you were expecting is the only your ultimate way. Just go with it. Follow your heart because great victories will come that way only.

Do you answer the intention or question?

I remember, in my childhood when people used to ask me, what do you want to become? My answer, “don’t know”, People ask, “why”, I say, “that also I don’t know”.

After this a very simple, basic question and answer round, 2nd round usually used to get started, and then I become suspicious about question which was being asked by the people on my progression. I was completely unable to understand that, why I am getting nervous when I was facing such question. Though it seemed very simple by its nature, but I was always suspicious about the intentions behind asking.       

In a very early age, child starts to answer to your intention and not to your question. Then every time when you emotionally deal with them they take only emotion and intention behind and not the structure you are building around it. This means, if your intention is to make them feed, they will resist if they don’t require it, though you are conveying it in different style. If this could be the case at childhood, defiantly adulthood requires more attention to use your language in a more neutral way. Through neutral way we can check the need of a person, and then we can go further. At very initial stage, if we start to push people with your intention, means the cooperation in communication will go for a toss for sure very soon.

For child stage, you can make it possible your intention to be correct by any which way as you need to discipline them, but in adults; if you are not sure whether you are starting with neutrally or with any intention, you can be found soon as like a Karna in Mahabharata, the character in Indian mythology whose wheel of chariots stuck in the middle of the war and become reason for his forced martyr.     

Neutral way of asking question and dealing with critical situation becomes important in communication and would like to through some light in my upcoming trainings, through “Clean language Methodology”

Me and my professional friends were quite influenced by thought, “Yesterday is history, tomorrow is mystery and today is a gift, that’s why we call it present”. Well said dialogue from the movie “Kung fu Panda”. We all used to find it resembles to our day to day life and that’s why, it was all time motivational line for all of us.

Apparently; most of the crucial reason of crisis in our life is, most of us don’t live in present. This indicates our historical memory has impact on our decision capacity and ambiguity of future influence our current states of mind.

When we communicate to others we bring all stuff from history and suspect from future, and then promote our intentions on other person. But that doesn’t make communication effective.

Reason why I am planning to incorporate some insights of “Clean Language Methodology” in my all communication skill development seminar and workshop. “Clean Language” is a communications methodology, developed by David J Grove. Clean Language offers helpful techniques to all professional communicators, especially those working closely with others.

Clean Language techniques are aligned closely with modern 'enabling' principles of empathy, and understanding, as opposed to traditional 'manipulative' (conscious or unconscious) methods of influence and persuasion and the projection of self-interest.

Clean Language helps people to convey their own meaning, free of emotional or other distracting interpretation from others. As such Clean Language promotes better clarity of communications, neutrality and objectivity (absence of emotional 'spin', bias and prejudice), ease of understanding, and cooperative productive relationships.
I am quite hopeful that training on such kind’s of standard method makes overall process of working towards positive change effective.

When we express ourselves and whatever we have in our mind comes out in any form becomes public property. still; if you believe it is yours and want possession over it, then don't worry ! your fear will come in reality anyways. Whatever you are doing publicly is a ultimate part of public entity. now a single announcement cant change your possession destiny.

खरच प्रश्न पडतो, कसा घडला असेल मोहम्मद अली? प्रतिस्पर्ध्याच्या एक एक हालचाली ओळखणारा, प्रतिस्पर्ध्याच्या चेहऱ्यावरचे हावभाव बदलाचे अंदाज लावणारा, त्यांच्या प्रत्येक ठोशाची क्षमता परखणारा, त्यांच्या ऊर्जेतील चढ उतार ओळखून आपल्या हल्ल्याची बांधणी करणारा अली आणि आणखी काय काय ...! कदाचित आपल्या आकलनापलीकडला, म्हणूनच जगज्जेता.....!

कमालीचा "focused approach" हाच तुम्हाला घडवेल, नाहीतर आपल्या उद्दिष्टा कड़े झालेले थोड़े दुर्लक्ष तुम्हाला वेळ आल्यावर रडवेल.
